Why would they want to do a c section if everything is going okay?

@mommyblessed22, @michelle2220 that's my point & what I'm not understanding. Neither me or the twins have had any problems this pregnancy. I don't have gestational diabetes or anything that cases for induction. I'm literally just pregnant. Lol, I feel like my specialist is money hungry & my OB has to listen to him since he is the specialist. My insurance is really good so I think that's what it's all about because I started going to my specialist every 2 weeks in the first trimester (wasn't shit to see or monitor). My OB was going to see if I could make it to 39 weeks at least but the specialist said no.

unless you high risk I feel like that can't do tht shit just because. If you can have those babies natural then let you SMH just cuz you carrying twins don't mean nothing especially having a c section. I've known people who had twins natural without no problems and carried twins to 39-40 weeks so I don't get wtf they Tryna do especially if it's not caused for @dang_dridri

@mommyblessed22, I'm only high risk because I'm having twins. That's it, thats the only reason why I even have a specialist. They're getting ready to piss me off. My OB was saying my uterus could rupture but my uterus has never been opened, I've never had any type of surgery anywhere & the chances of that happening is less than 1%. I would rather take my chances with my healthy ass uterus than to have an unnecessary surgery just because.

I would make them be very very very upfront in all the reasons why. Collect all your data first. Then make a decision. Some drs. are great but they dont explain everything very well.

@kandice_stedman86, I've been asking questions about it every appointment so I'm aware but so far everything they're saying sounds like bs.
Kandice Stedman·
Oh i c!!! when do they want to do this csection? They have been known to push people into c-sections for their own benefit which may be your case.

@kandice_stedman86, Aug 22. I feel like it's really my specialist pushing for it, my OB had been taking trying vaginally if possible my whole pregnancy & now she's now & she was going to see if I could make it to 39 weeks but than my specialist said no later than 37 weeks.
Kandice Stedman·
What about an induction at 37 weeks then csection if it fails are they willing to compromise? I know u can say no but im not sure what the contract is that we sign.

@kandice_stedman86, that's what I was saying. I mean I don't want to be induced either but if I have to pick I would rather go that route and I haven't signed anything yet in terms to my delivery.
Kandice Stedman·
Oh ok good bc once u sign it's like u give up a little freedom. Talk to them as honest as u can about your wishes. I think that's all u can do.
