Birthday suit and milk supply I didn't even think about leaky breasts when milk comes in and I'm the type of person who wears their birthday suit to bed. I feel like I'm suffocating with any type of clothing on my body at night. But I was just thinking about milk supply... I know some women leak a lot and some don't.
