Everyone is so mad about stretch marks on here like it makes you not human anymore or something. I hate that the world has made so many woman so superficial. Like nobody who is worth it thinks your less beautiful, less worthy, less of a queen because you have stretch marks. It is not the end of the world. I'm almost six feet tall and got them from.growing to fast and never have I understood why it was so bad. its like when you get a scar from falling off your bike or scraping your elbow or whatever does it really matter that much? Rock your scars and marks ladies it makes you YOU and you are worth all the love in the world especially to and from yourself.

Your entire body changes while pregnant. It's not superficial to be a bit taken aback by the changes. It's an adjustment to see your body go from a to e in what feels like overnight.

I didn't say it wasn't or that it doesn't take time. I simple said the key is learning to love yourself regardless because those around you still do and you deserve it. That's all. I'm not saying every person is like this but some people make it seem like having stretch marks makes your body uglier it is different but by no means ugly. and anything based on appearance to a certain extent is superficial because truly looks don't matter that much. who you are does.

I feel the same way! I've always had stretch marks for the being taller and bigger. You can try to lighten them but you gotta rock your mom body. Everyone is beautiful they just need the confidence

I don't mind my stretch marks, I just need to lay off the snickers bars lol!! I actually admire my scars too. I'm like, " yeah, I'm a warrior, see this scar? 2012. Quesadilla" lmfao!
