Is el sol malta bad for us pregnant women?

I drink maltas all of the time. No alcohol so it shouldn't be an issue.

@miracle_, ohh Mija.. Google says a lot of BS lol. It was one of the first things I asked my OB about because my Boricua self can't live without drinking my maltas😅. She said it's completely fine.

I had Malta my entire pregnancy & my baby girl came healthy as she can be & drank 3 or 4 by day lol. Your safe to take it

I had a malta & it gave me really bad contractions one time..
