So, I found out my daughter and I have an upper respiratory infection. We haven't been seen because the doctors have apparently been full with no openings until tomorrow. So we've dealt with this for 2 weeks now and it's steadily gotten worse. The one receptionist said it should clear itself up within 10-14 days but if we absolutely needed to be seen then we can schedule an appointment, but that antibiotics wouldn't help because it's already worked it's way out. Bitch...👊 It's made my asthma act way up to where I can't walk without struggling for breath. My daughter is now at the point where she's hacking up yellow gunk, like me, and can't breathe right after her coughing fit. She also cannot eat (breastfed) because she has to be a mouth breather since her nose is completely gunked up, even with suctioning. I took her in to the ER and all they said was suction and set an appointment because they could do nothing. And with this outbreak of the hand, foot, and mouth disease going around the country, I'm scared she could easily pick it up since three kids at the daycare already have it.....ugh....
