I don't understand. Someone help me to understand how so many men have gotten so lazy. I see alllllll the time, especially on here, of ladies complaining about how exhausted they are (rightfully so!) and how they haven't slept, showered, or eaten in what feels like days. Yet, in the same sentence they also state that their husbands/ significant other has been asleep for hours. I don't get it. Wake him up! Tell him he needs to watch the little precious screaming baby so can shower and take a nap! Or, even better: he's out with friends when you've changed your 30th diaper of the day. No! Don't allow that! It's time to be a man and help your wife! That baby is 50% yours and 50% his. Or better yet, 100% both of yours. "Well, he works.". So?! My husband works 5 days a week, 14 hour shifts, and we still split everything equally. I understand if you don't want to split everything equally, but you at least need to sleep! Or eat for God's sake. I don't know if some of these men were raised wrong, or if they are being babied, but c'mon ladies! You deserve equal help with raising a child!

Preach it mama! I don't know how these moms put up with that crap! My husband works 5-7 days 12hrs a day and he still helps to make sure I eat and shower or get sleep if I'm lacking.

I have one of the good ones too lol. I'm a stay at home mom taking online courses and my husband does work but he still helps when he gets home so I can have a few minutes of peace or a shower. he offers to get up at night but he doesn't get her back to sleep as fast as I can so I do it or if she is having a bad night...especially when teething...he will get up and make sure I don't need him. on the weekends he wakes up with her so I get to sleep in as long as I want one day while he gets the other and he helps do any cleaning that still needs to be done. he's always taking care of our daughter and loves it. I also make sure he has some me time too to relax and play games or see movies but family comes first.

@santistevanmommie I think the same thing lol...I just think thank God I have an amazing husband and father to my daughter! our 9 year wedding anniversary is next week...we may have our differences once in a while but we talk things out. @jennatess they definitely were raised to be decent.

@jennatess I doubted my SO this whole pregnancy but now that baby is here he is OBSESSED and hes doing so well omg 😭 Support is so crucial I feel for anyone who doesnt have it 😔

Yessss Yesss yess !!💯💯💯😜👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 just ignored my baby n her dad for 3 days straight made him do everything for her I only allowed him to go to the store without her which I didn't want to do but didn't feel like arguing he bathed her fed and prepared her food put her to sleep, kept her out of ahit for three whole days woke up at night to soothe her and his ass done quit after three days assuming for the past 15 months that I didn't have to do nothing but make her food n change diapers I'll be ignoring them every damn week for 2/3 days from now on
