Terrible migraine for the last two days straight! Anyone else experience this at the end of pregnancy?!

I've had it already for a 3 weeks already I can't even open my eye the doctor told me to take Tylenol but that does nothing

When did it start? Mine is awful it's in my@neck and the top of my head
