I'm gonna go get in the bath in a min @chellie32 @sammy I've just over done it today. Cleaned 3 kids horrific bomb sites of rooms and scrubbed the kitchen lol xx

I felt a lot of pain in my bum muscles after overdoing it ha. It us our bodies way of telling us to slow down 😁😂xx
