Why? Why?? WHY????? Why do people think it is okay to just walk up and touch someone's baby! I make my friends and family use handsanitizer every time and even my husband and I use handsanitizer most of the time before we touch him. He is 3 and 1/2 months and got salmonella poisoning a few weeks ago and was so so so sick for days. We were in the hospital for a week (don't nurse in a bathroom no matter what someone says! I compromised my beliefs and did it once and this happened 2 days later). I don't want anyone touching him that I don't know. I don't know what germs you are carrying and his immune system is weak from just getting over his sickness. I was wearing him at the store in hopes that no one would just walk up and touch a baby asleep on my chest... but while I'm trying to find some creamer this chick starts putting her hands all over his mouth... HIS MOUTH! That is NOT okay! I looked at her and said, "I don't know you and I would appreciate if you would NOT touch my baby..."

Little old ladies are the worse they're always putting their fingers in my babies face. So sorry to hear your baby was sick😟

They really are. I can't stand it. He is a million times better now. I just want to keep it from happening again. @mamabee

Elliot got his first cold at 2 months, it definitely does not compare to your son having salmonella. After that I was so anal about who was around him, who was touching him, I walked around the house with the lysol spray lmao. I HATE when people think they can just come up and touch my baby, and they always go for the hands too😠

I was bf my baby while shopping she's not even two months yet and her feet were hanging out of the blanket while I was grabbing something and this little boy came up and was like grabbing her feet! I almost had a heart attach and his mom was just there giggling and saying awe like who knows where his hands have been! But I'm glad to hear your baby is so much better! Germs are scary!

@kaityamelia, I had a woman stickher hand in my Tula while I was breastfeeding once. he was almost 3 weeks old and I had to go to the store. I was like "Not ihis head... that's my boob. don't touch, he's little!"
