well the doctor said I'll be nine weeks it's my first proper midwife where I go and met her xx

Oh okay, should be a blood test then to check your iron, any infections etc, your weight, a urine test (take a sample i was rubbish at weeing on demand) and then they go over your entire med history and what to expect xx

it will be your booking in appointment they do alot of paperwork about family history and your health and that of babies dad and family. they do blood tests to check your blood group, they check your urine, blood pressure, weight etc too and start your white book/ maternity notes and useally refer you for your 12 week scan :) @sammy x

thank you @terri995 thank you @natsbabyboy they never explain what tests they going to do its my first time that I will see my mid wife so i didn't no what to expect when I go do theu do a blood test on the man aswell for the blood group xx

Im a single mummy and they told me dad's blood group isn't important, its rarer to have negative blood and mine is so thats all that mattered because i need certain injections to prevent my blood mixing with babies x
