how do you do the caster oil thing?

Don't do it. It's not safe. if your baby is not ready to come out she/he could have their first bowel movement in the womb and become in distress. This could cause huge health problems and possible death. Just be a little patient, I know it's hard but your baby is depending on you. Almost done momma. You can do it! Baby will come when ready :)
