My boyfriends mom keeps trying to get me to stop breastfeeding so she can take my baby overnight. No. Not happening. I'm breastfeeding her until she's a year old or whenever she wants to stop. I don't HAVE to give my baby bottles. Especially when I'm home with her all day everyday. Then she tells me I can't co sleep Bcuz I'm gonna kill my baby. What the fuck. I'm a light sleeper I wake up if she even flinches even when I'm exhausted. She needs to look at how she raised her shitty kids and think twice before telling me how to raise mine. Thanks rant over

Co sleeping increases risk of death because of carbon monoxide exchange between mother and baby also, not just rolling over on baby or something.
I cosleep with all of my kids though so I'm not judging, just wanted to share some info with you. My 2 yr old also just slept out for the first time the other month because I'm still nursing. Don't let other people interfere.

I know how you feel sweetie. my fiances sister group messaged me on fb wanting to know if she could keep our baby over night! and we talked to his mom about it and she said well I can understand the first 4 weeks but after that. and I'm just sitting there like oh f*ck no who does she thinks she is. I'm not going to pump unless I have to. and he's leaving it up to me for when she can stay there.... ummm never, their house is a mess(like you would see on tv), their dog is far too hyper and doesn't listen at all, his brother smokes weed in the house, on top of all this they will take her out and smoke cigarettes while holding her. No thanks.

Omg that's exactly how it is at his house! His brother lives there too and smokes weed with all of his friends over. He's been drunk off his ass multiple times while I've been here like throwing things and trying to fight people and his mom is a pill head! Plus they live 45 mins away! Their not ever keeping her overnight!
