can someone give me advice on how to stop my boobs from hurting, theyre full of milk and rock solid…

yeah hun, theres also a downfall where my medication i have to go back on isnt good for breastmilk so i couldnt anyway @winterbaby95 xx

Squeeze a little bit out to release the pressure, they say not to touch it bit of its hurting that much I did it when o was drying up my milk

They say to leave them but I was the same as you the build up was just to painful X

Every now and then, they say not to as you body works on supply and demand but a little bit every now and the took the pain away I probably didn't dry up as quickly but the pain stopped quickly as did the leaking do didn't cause me problems

i might give it a go, im thinking about not even going on my antidepressants again and seeing if he'll latch on xxx
