Anyone suffered from low blood pressure and low heart rate ? I'm 8 weeks 3 days and almost pass out…

Anyone suffered from low blood pressure and low heart rate ? I'm 8 weeks 3 days and almost pass out EVERYTIME I stand up today. I was in the ER yesterday for bleeding. Baby is ok.numbers were low yesterday and worse today. They want to monitor me in the ER for is but has anyone had this issue ? What can they even do ?
