Me and my husband just got a note on our door saying we can't park in our parking spot from Thursday…

Me and my husband just got a note on our door saying we can't park in our parking spot from Thursday 7am till Friday 7 am. The note said all cars on the property would be towed at our expense and also said we aren't allowed to use the dumpsters during that time. Where do they expect an entire apartment complex to park their vehicles. So can't wait until our lease is up. They don't spray for spiders or bugs, they dont have AC, they don't have a heater, when their is a problem they get mad at us, and their the most expensive apartments in town but offer less than cheaper apartments.
