@desi87, I have nipple cream I put it on after every feeding. It doesn't hurt when she latches or after its when I'm not breastfeeding when I'm just relaxing my both boobs start to hurt for like 10-15secs and than it'll go away.

I have that same pain, I just assumed it was my milk coming back in

@tlw1596, that's what I've been thinking. Because sometimes when I get the pain I look at my boob and it'll be leaking.

@nurseriri, I breastfed my son for not even a week, I couldn't do it. With my daughter im trying my best. 2 weeks strong so far.
