it has definitely been hard to the point ive broke down and wanted to scream and cry or have a mental breakdown several times but thankfully after the 3rd week it got alot easier with no pain etc. and im so glad i didnt give up

I have been bf too...and it has been so hard...like I though it was something that our bodies would do naturally and that it would be effortless. but it isn't...its something you have to work very hard on and put a good amount of dedication. its so hard, yet the best experience ever...congratulations on bf for a month and not giving up! you are doing an amazing job providing your beautiful daughter with the best nutrition 💕👍
