I need tips to increase my pumping output.. soo far with today's pumping session I've pumped 12.5 oz and I have 1 normal session and make up session since she was fed pumped milk from yesterday. she's at 3.5 oz. what can I do to increase my pumping output .. I try to pump 15 oz a day

I really want to exclusively breast feed.. my baby doesn't latch well an i can't pump more than 4 oz a day. I was to stop using formula but I have no idea how to increase my supply no matter how many times I power pump, put baby to breast, pump every 2 hours. my supply never increases as a fact it's dropped I'm barely getting 2 oz a day now :'( I feel like my body is failing me
So I pumped 10 oz 5 oz from each breast is that good for having a two month old ???? And then 5 oz together after my morning pump Andy thoughts
