I respect the women who give their kids up for adoption so much. personally I am ready to be a mom and we are fortunate enough to be in a position to be able to provide a good life for our unplanned baby. So adoption never was never a thought to me personally. But for a woman to recognize that her child needs to be loved by another family is such a true act of love. I'd rather see a woman give up her child out of love, than keep her child out of obligation.

my best friends sister had an open adoption because she coukdnt provide for her baby she was in a bad position and the baby was not planned and she wasnt with the man. so she gave him to a wonderful family and she still visits him and such. it would be one of the most hardest things for a mother to do but knowing its the right thing to do and k owing baby is being cared for to the best ability makes her a steong wonderful mommy.

I was adopted. I recently got in contact with my birth parents and hearing their reasoning and why they couldn't change their minds about keeping me just doubled my respect for adoption...I cried.
