Is it possible to how early signs of pregnancy within a few days of conception?? Like I'm 4 DPO and I'm feeling a little sick to my stomach and cramps! Not to mention I've been smelling everything today! Does his mean what I think it means??

Awwwww! Well you're beautiful and you'll be a gorgeous mommy, I'm with my first as well and although these nausea symptoms kill me everyday I'm so happy too!! I want a lol boy 😝😘
