Does anyone know if you have to have an apt for wic to go in and switch formulas. I already have the dr note I just need to trade her old ones for these new ones. I know for sure it is covered. Wic office isn't answering nor returning my calls, & don't want to drive all the way down there to be told I need an apt.

With a doctors note they would Change it I seeing plenty of moms in the same situation you are in and they had no problem with the WIC changing their formula so you shouldn't have a problem, keep calling hopefully they answer the phone

Oh ok hopefully they answer the phone or call you back so they can give you an answer I think you might need an appointment but I'm not sure
