ano its bloody mad ... i only found out at 32 weeks that i have gestational diabetes .. i had gtt at 28 week and it was all ok ... i was told after each meal to walk around for at least 30 min im like wth i cant constantly walk start to get pressure pain 😔.. All we can do is hun try our best xxx

some days are good, some days are bad. my diabetic nurse told me not to eat any snacks in the day and only have 3 meals and that's it. I said that's easier said than done when I'm still being sick every bloody day so I snack on things when I'm feeling OK to eat. but today is the first day I haven't felt sick so I shall stick to only 3 meals and see how I get on. it's madness because when your pregnant you want to bloody eat everything and anything but oh noooo I can't 😣😣 xxx

Yeah that's what they did with me but I got induced a day before 37 weeks cos I didn't feel her move or kick so I went in to be monitored and they said it's only a day since we was going to induce you anyway so we will do it now xx

yeh hun thats wor they said just waiting for next scan next tues il before 36+1 so they will decide xx

they may induce you hun. they might leave you till full term which is 37 weeks x

every week they r increasing insulins but nothing isnt working ...

at the moment im on metofomin n insulin which i take 3 a day n stil it isnt working ..

I got induced at 36 weeks 6 days, she came at 37 weeks 1 day. was a slow labour x

I had my daughter at 37 weeks due to the fact my blood sugars where high and I was on 5 insulin injections a day and they were doing anything for me x

oh ok im on metofomin 5 tabz per day mine isnt in control some days like the way they want it to be. its so worrying 😔. i got scan next tuesday to see bubz growth then doctor will decide then but midwife said most probably il b induced at 38 weeks but i dont want to i so want her to come in her own time 😶.. how many weekz wAs u when u had ur firsr baby ? @oliviafaye

yes and I had it with my daughter too. up to now I'm just monitoring my blood sugars as im 18 weeks. they tested me early this time because of previous pregnancy. they wanted to put me on metaformin straight away this time but I refused because they gave me stomache when I had them with my daughter. ended up on insulin with my daughter tho. x
