Me and Savannah did it! They have these videos I use to let her watch instead of cartoons and make her use her sign before I would give her what she wanted. She learned pretty quickly!
I have signed to my dd since she was 10min old :) She is now 2, and knows and uses a good dozen signs. I'm lucky, because I'm fluent in ASL so I know whatever I need already lol I try to sign to her and work with her daily.
I've done it for years with the babies and toddlers I've kept :) Some still do even though they talk because they got so used to it. It's a great way to communicate with them before they can verbally express themselves :)
