My lo's pediatrician had us put .5 ounces of prune or pear juice in to her bottle, twice a day. Also, apply light pressure going around her belly a few times a day, do bicycle motions with her legs, and try some Mylicon. If it doesn't get better, I would see her doctor. Something could be effecting her, causing the constipation.
