Anybody ever broke out after they had their baby? I broke out real bad on my hands and feet but it's worse on my hands.

Anybody ever broke out after they had their baby? I broke out real bad on my hands and feet but it's worse on my hands.
I had really dry skin on my hands for about two weeks after having my daughter.... The back of my hands felt like sand paper. I just put lotion on them religiously
