Stretch, have someone apply counter pressure to your back, try a heating pad, and a wedge pillow. I had back labor and those were the things that helped me.
@luvmyboyz, I walk around a little bit till I get some of the muscles stretched out & do some squats & then use my yoga ball. & a shower help me more so I'm not on my tail bone.
