my mom bought the bassinet on my registry from target and was told that it would need to be picked up in stores which she was fine with. they said they'd send her an email when it was ready, well I noticed it wasn't on the list of things purchased anymore so I let my mom know and she spent an hour on the phone with them. I guess they canceled the order because no one picked it up and when she said she never got the email saying it was ready they said "oh that happens" and no one could figure out how to reorder it for her 😒😒😒 how hard is it to reorder something when someone is directly on the phone with you and ready to give you their information
