I feel like I'm not very good at this whole "excited pregnant lady" thing. I'm definitely excited…

I was the same way. I was just kinda annoyed at my baby shower because everyone expected me to b overly excited . I was on the inside an was grateful and happy but didn't show it too well lol. I was also huge and uncomfortable and overly exerted . this was y 3rd and while I was full of joy to bring another boy into the world I just kina wanted to b left alone beside by my hubby and kids

@virgosweetness Glad I'm not alone! I just found out in having a girl and I'm excited. But when I'm at work all day, and people constantly ask me "Are you excited??" I'm like of course I am but I'm not the type to be giddy all day long. Mostly I'm tired lol.

I was the same way. My close friends would ask me and I would give generic answers. I feel like pregnancy is such a private experience.

@gabbybritt I agree. I don't mind sharing ultrasound pictures or info every now and then but when people start suggesting baby names or asking about my doctors appointments I'm like hey can you back off my baby? and I am DEFINITELY going to be one of those pregnant women that don't like having my belly touched by strangers.

@harleyann, lol, I understand. Just wait until your baby is out of the womb. A whole nother hurdle.

You sound about as introverted as I am. I just smile and say that I have been feeling great and we can't wait. Usually that works for people.

So am I! I'm scared that when I start to show later on random people will come up to me & touch my belly. Plus I suck at answer personal questions it makes me so nervous
