They say it's not the sex that helps you dilate but something in the sperm. I would say walk. Walk and much as you can and to bounce on a yoga ball or on the edge of your bed.

Omg this was me lol, I was 38 weeks and not dilated at all. I was so afraid of being induce because i wanted my birth to be as natural as possible. Anyway, I ended up having my son at 39 weeks and 6 days lol (talk about perfect timing). I know it may seem like things are going by so slow but trust me, everything is going to happen in due time ❤️
