As a huge advocate of hard work, nutrition and lifting for the sake of your health - mental and physical, I'm also a huge advocate of blocking anyone who posts about "It Works" (no, I work) or body wraps or any other kind of short cut, diet fad, get skinny pill. Too many of us have hated our bodies for too long.

Enough.

I love how strong my body is and what it will do for me. I know what I'm capable of. I refuse to listen to someone who wants to promote to me my weight or appearance as a basis for my happiness and joy.
