my fiance works them. and its hard he always says how much he misses seeing our son and me and he missed some development milestones when he was younger. but the only thing he loves about is he works about 14-15 days a month because of it and he hates he works everyother weekend.
most Saturday s i do at my job it's a busy upscale grooming salon in miami. where it seems like everyone has off from work except my boss and I and our bather person. I Start at 8 and hope to leave at 8pm,,,people always try to walk in before closing time like hello we 've been open all freakin day it's annoying ,I'm the main groomer and do the majority of grooms.I do have a chair and sit time to time but, have to make money ;)
I do and it's 3 12s and 1 8 hour shift a week. The first month back sucked I cried all day. It's hard when I work cuz after work it's dinner, bath, story, and bed. I don't really get to spend much time with him.
Thanks you guys for your input. I work in a psych hospital but we just recently got the option to do 12's but I didn't think I would like it once my son was born
@shonce, I do. Being off 4 days per week is awesome. Plus I have a per diem job that I do here and there. Before having my son I worked full time (3 12's) and PT (6 12's per month). I work the night shift also.
