I'd face the same issue @mariyamh77 but I wud say plz do not starve yourself eat something coz if u r breastfeeding it will drain you off 😥 !X

@emmaclark, yes I'm on pain killers. I think they are killing my appetite. I am struggling to have any interest in food. my oh offered to buy me anything I want to eat but the thought of it puts me off.

I had no appetite for about a month, I was on a lot of painkillers, antibiotics and also iron tablets. they kinda killed my appetite, that and I forgot to eat most of the time! I think it's quite common, my family nurse told me to eat little and often but I even found that hard. it will return sooner or later, just make sure you do try and eat something to keep you going x
