I agree with @kedrababy lots of napping your only guna wana nap in the first trimester anyway. Dont fight it lol nap whenever you feel like napping!!! Your body needs that extra boost💖💕💖👌🏼👌🏼💖💕💖
I agree!👆🏽 Nap whenever u feel like it. Keep crackers by the bed if ur having nausea. No heavy lifting or ladders ummm that's all I can think of right now lol. Make ur doc appt if u haven't , get ur insurance together, stuff like that
When you start getting itchy around your body boobs,tummy,arms and back try not to scratch,your body is getting bigger & wear comtrable clothes for you and the baby!
Start taking prenatals asap. Stay hydrated as much as possible and dont overwork yourself more than you are used to. The first trimester is very important as well as the second and 3rd are BUT in the first is when the baby does that initial developing and you wana make sure you have a healthy growing baby!! Its also easier to miscarry in the first trimester. So be all about those prenatals and make sure you make your first OB appt as soon as your able to!!💖💕💖 congrats!!💖💕💖
