All day my chest has been sore and my boobs hard felt heavy, hard and sore. I started to wonder why. Then while thinking of when I was pregnant with my son I decided to squeeze my boobs as an idea. And sure enough when I squeeze a good amount of clean fluid comes out.

If you mess with your breasts too much it could cause uterine contractions and the potential for preterm labor. Just be careful.

Oh I would squeeze them but yesterday there were so heavy sore and hard I was just trying to figure out why that's all lol. I was in preterm labor wth my son but got it to stop I'm not taking any chances with this one. I was just happy to know why my chest hurt that's all
