anyone else have bad reflux? anything to take for it?

my go to is Apple cider vinegar, but you can take tums or zantac 😘

Zantac, tums, and dairy. Mine was so bad my OB put me on a prescription for it cause I was maxing out over the counter stuff with little relief after a while

Mine is horrid. I take Pepcid and tums. My child has a head full of hair too. I was like I knew it with this horrible reflux.

awe man. mine is terrible and I haven't been taking anything for it. imma go to the store tomorrow for some tums or something.

If milk doesn't work I eat some pickle slices. It's one or the other.
