My son is 2months old and my friend is trying to convince me to give him cereal in his bottle so he will sleep better at night. She did it with her daughter and says it worked for her. This is my first formula baby so I don't know how common it is to give cereal this young. What are your thoughts? Should I do it?

My daughters doctor said to never do that. I'm not sure the reason, but I listened to her haha.

Baby is too small for that. He shouldnt have solids even if its the bottle. If youre taking it into consideration i would say to ask your pedi. My baby is 6 mo and i barely started giving her cereal just now.

Absolutely not. Two months is way too young for that. They're bellies are not mature enough for solids, of any form.
