I was told today our new house is being saved for us to lease and move into in December when our lease here is up. i am beyond excited and happy, right now were squeezed into in a 1 bedroom apt with no room for our sons stuff for $695 a month and now we will for sure be moving to a 4 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house with a garage and deck for only $685 a month. im so happy, come on December!!

oh my gosh thats awesome! if i may ask how in world did you get it so cheap lol i cant find a 4 bedroom around here for less than 1000 lol

i have no clue lol i guess the landlord just thought that was a good price. at first she said thats not too expensive is it? i was like no we pay $10 more a month for a 1 bdrm apt! the other lady who rented the same house from her was only paying $400 a month before. i guess she mostly bases it on how many people are living there
