It feels like period cramps and your stomach will tighten, but honestly I think people say that because its true. I went through sooooo many false alarms, and everyone told me that, and I seriously woke up and knew I was in labor when it happened with my son. It feels so different lol

It's true though. I had so many "what if" moments, and they were all falls alarms. If you are questioning it you are most likely not in labor. When it was really happening "I just knew", there was no question. Sounds cliche but it's true. You'll see π
