so...brought myself a ball... all pumped up. now what the hell do I do? movement wise? just bounce? xx

I usually just bounce or rock back and forth but if you have a sore back I find that kneeling on the ground and putting your arms and head on the ball and rocking helps a bit :) x

Bounce, rock back and forth, figure eight motions, circle motions, lots of different things xx
