Try and change positions and a medium to hot shower. If you have any unusual or bloody discharge definitely go to the hospital but some cramping is normal I've had it throughout my pregnancy I'm 28 weeks now and get it every now and again👍🏻

I'd ring midwives just to be safe they can direct you on what to do. may just be ligament pains?
