@zayzay101, at the hospital like a week ago the nurse said I'm at a 1, when I went Monday to the doctor he said the inner part which matter for labor isn't dilated at all but I'm 70% effaced. but by now that could have changed. my dr said the mucus plug really doesn't mean anything since it can happen weeks before labor. 😭 I was so happy to be losing chunks of mine until he told me that.

Wow it's crazy that your already 70% but not dilated.. My doc didn't tell me if I was effaced or not . And yeah I've heard that about the plug too but with me already being a 3 idk, probably going to go get checked out tomorrow @pattonmarie23
