I haven't quite timed it yet I have had pressure all day but just in the last few hours have had the period like cramping I'm gonna time it when it happens again @mimiz

Maybe they were mild earlier and are getting stronger if you see you're getting one after the other and an hour passes and walking doesn't help it or water and relaxing they're contractions mild or strong girl

definitely a contraction now that it keeps happening I'm gonna drink some more water o am breathing slowly already cud my heart feels like its racing a little but if they get closer together I think I'm gonna go in just in case

Ok they MAY be BH or the start of contractions mine for my second pregnancy were weird o couldn't track them I felt some pressure but nothing crazy and they weren't long like for my first labor just see how long they go for not timing but if you pass an hour you may wanna call
