atleast 37 weeks and your baby will be full term and then you can try to induce yourself.

Baby will come when baby is ready. It's important to let him grow until at least 39 weeks. Don't rush it, he'll be here before you know it!

yes sex can but ur only 30 weeks I would try to hang in there till u get closer to 40 some stuff may not be developed enough yet
