Can't sleep, anyone can help should I wait with the call to the midwife? My water has not break!! But been havin contractions all day! But not this often.

I'm very tired couldn't sleep much as I always woke up for the contractions, we phoned the midwife and she said just take a paracetamol have a hot bath ect and she said very good sign though early labor has started but it can take a while just now till it's gets regular or water breaks. But if anything change I have to call them though. Thank you for asking about us @beadyeyes93  ❤️❤️

Would of said to wait a little bit as there was only like I think 3 close together to see if you got more but that was like 3-4hours ago.. How's it going now if your not in full blown labour already.. Xx
