my doctor has told me absolutely no water as baby can drown. it didnt make sense to me but thats what i was told:/

I would wait till 3 months to give him an ounce or two of water ...unless your pediatrician says otherwise

doctors say no. that milk is all they need. but my son was born right in the middle of a hot hot summer.. so I gave him like an ounce.. and also chamomile tea when he was colicky.

What no! They can get sick smh! This is 2016 not 1954 lol no offense! I wouldn't even dare my son was 5 months when I gave him some water!

i gave my some water at 3 weeks old because he was constipated and it helped

Water comes in later around 6mo's but always ask your pedi :)
