woke up about an hour ago. didn't even see what time it was. I had this massive pain right in he middle of my back and my stomach was super bloated. I assumed I had gas and tried to use the rest room but it wasn't working. went to the living room to lay on the couch and find ways to relieve the pain. only thing that helped was burping? no idea why. still assumed it was stuck gas. I finally passed some and went back to the restroom. but nothing happened. if wasn't coming out of that end I was going to force it out the other. threw up 3 times and what do you know, stomach pain gone! back pain gone! anyone else struggle with this? I don't like it one bit 😥
