should i sit or lay down...while getting contractions, back to back?
I did a lot of laboring on my hands and knees. And like stretching my back while on my hands and knees. Low moaning too helped a lot. Don't lay down though. Let gravity help you.

@cheydollison13, ive tried everything the still going...getting stronger...but ima wait till i cant handle it... but i can take pain very well...they are actually getting to where i squirm a lil bcuz they are uncomfy...
Laying down can slow your contractions, If you want them to progress faster, stay active, walk around, bounce on a birth ball, do squats etc. when I was in labor, bending over on a bed or couch and rocking my hips from side to side helped some and when they got really intense I was in a squatting position. I don't know about you but I had to keep some kind of movement during mine. Laying down made them more painful.
Try laying down on your left side after you drink a big glass of water if they don't ease up or they get closer and stronger I would deff goto the hospital. 😊
@cheydollison13, they been going since 1153pm... and getting stronger...i took a nap woke up to contractions still
They say go to hospital when their 5 minutes apart!
