Does anyone know if those lactation foods they sell actually work? Or lactation homemade recipes? I've been having trouble keeping my milk supply and have to use mostly formula. It took a while for my milk to come in due to the fact of having a section. I want to breast feed but right now I'm not making enough to keep my baby full and hydrated. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated 💕
I've been having trouble too, and one of the lactation consultants i talked to recommended fenugreek pills and more milk plus special blend drops. haven't gotten them yet, I'm still at the hospital but I've read good reviews on those two.
