I am excited to say, we are getting a house :) just as long as the lady who we are "buying" it from has her offer on a different house accepted. (we should find that out today or tomorrow). pray for a quick closing on her end. it's a rent to own situation, but the house is basically perfect, the yard is huge, only a couple things we need to do to it (install ac which my husband does for a living lol, some landscaping, and put up a fence. and paint if we want to lol) I am so excited, things are finally looking up. now if only we had someplace to move in the meantime, living here is getting to be too much for my husband, the family issues (his family, well 2 memebers) are weighing on him too much.... have a great Thursday mamas
