Many moms don't eat well right after having a baby. I noticed I wasn't eating at all sometimes, simply because I was just so exhausted. If you feel you're depressed, go talk to your ob. I waited until my 6 week checkup before I was diagnosed. I held all of those feelings, emotions, and horrible thoughts in my head the entire time. It felt good to finally let it all out. Get help if you need it. And also, it is quite normal for a mama to have the "baby blues"
